GPD is owned and operated by Andrew Hanna. At the end of the 21st century (1998), Andrew Hanna entered the real estate development industry, sculpting a new outlook on development. In 2004 GPD was incorporated, thus continuing the remarkable success of Andrew Hanna. Andrew Hanna was an instrumental player in planning and developing almost 1,500 low income housing units throughout the state, and continues to pursue additional opportunities in markets in California, with project values amounting to nearly $185 million in tax credits (See attached tax credit projects). Andrew Hanna and GPD's management team have a combination of over 30 years of experience in the real estate development industry, and have collectively, planned and developed over 3,400 low income and market rate units with values worth over $397,900,000 (See attached market rate projects).

GPD and its JVP's have implemented high standards for our company, to set us apart from other development companies. When GPD was established, Andrew Hanna wanted to be different than other developers in the area, by our efforts in coordinating productive and long lasting partnerships, affiliations and syndications. As the housing market sprawled throughout California and multi-family residential complexes became more common, we noticed how developers would build, lease and leave the project. Thus, letting the project deteriorate and become a nuisance to the community. Thanks to its experience and resources, GPD and its JVP's have become a valued partner with local governments and the nonprofit housing community in their efforts to promote the acquisition, new construction, and acquisition/rehabilitation of permanent and transitional affordable rental housing for low-income households and seniors.
